Our Leaders

Frank Calderoni serves as Chief Executive Officer and leads the vision, strategy, and execution for Velocity Global. He is a prominent technology executive, having most recently served as the Chairman and CEO of Anaplan. Before joining Anaplan, Frank served as the EVP, operations and CFO of Red Hat. Prior to that, he served as EVP and CFO at Cisco Systems.

Earlier in his career, he spent a number of years at IBM. Frank previously served on the board of Palo Alto Networks and currently serves on the board of Adobe Systems, Inc. Frank likes to start his day with the day's news, a chai tea from his favorite coffee shop, and a morning run to get his energy going. From there, you can find him working just about anywhere.

Jeff leads Velocity Global’s finance organization, driving the company’s overall financial strategy and execution. In his role, he leverages over 25 years of experience in financial leadership and technology, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Solidigm. He is an expert at growing companies efficiently and compliantly, applying his thorough understanding of overcoming challenges associated with scaling global teams.

Jeff starts his day with a good workout, reading the Wall Street Journal, and sipping on a strong cup of coffee. He lives in Arizona with his wife and two kids.

Siddharth leads Velocity Global’s Technology Team, growing and scaling a world-class group that’s developing solutions to connect both companies and talent with the best opportunities in the world. He believes in the power of global teams and leads with a deep technical expertise, bold decision-making, and a human touch—placing equal importance on customer empathy and stellar execution.

With almost three decades of experience, including leadership roles at Intuit, Qualcomm, and Inflection/GoodHire, Siddharth remains a lifelong learner. He does much of his best remote work from coffee shops, though he’s still looking for one that will let him hook up a large monitor.

Liz leads Velocity Global’s Product and Design teams, where she works to define the company’s product vision and roadmap in collaboration with Chief Technology Officer, Siddharth Ram. To this role, she brings in-depth experience and a purpose-driven commitment to connecting talent with opportunities.

Prior to joining Velocity Global, she spent nearly 12 years at LinkedIn, where she led and worked on many core initiatives, from launching LinkedIn Sales Navigator to owning acquisition and retention for LinkedIn Premium Subscriptions. Depending on the day, Liz can be found plugging into in-office company culture or appreciating the flexibility to work around her kids’ schedules at home.

Susan serves as Chief Transformation Officer and leads the execution of Velocity Global’s vision and strategy. In her role, she works across functions to ensure the company is operating at scale and executing on key business initiatives. Her extensive leadership experience includes leading the Enterprise Transformation Office at Workday. She also spent nearly two decades leading growth and driving scale at Cisco in roles spanning Customer Experience, Operations, Corporate Development, and Finance.

A mom to three boys, Susan’s youngest officially made her a dance mom, competitively dancing in jazz, hip hop and contemporary styles. But unlike reality TV dance moms, Susan puts her best foot forward to always be drama-free.

Frank serves as Chief Customer Success Officer, leading Velocity Global’s commitment to a seamless customer experience. With nearly 20 years of leadership experience in customer-centric technology, he is an expert in prioritizing the customer journey that is holistic, impactful, and goes beyond metrics. In his role, he works closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure customers realize the full value of their investments.

With a large and active family, you may notice that Frank maintains a “blurry” background on video calls as his office tends to migrate around his house depending upon the hour of the day.

Eric leads operations for Velocity Global, overseeing its Customer Experience and Delivery Team, global payroll and benefits, and worldwide operations spanning more than 25 countries. He draws on two decades of relevant experience, including as Head of Global Safety Operations for Uber, to expertly navigate the challenges of scaling a global business rooted in real world, local, nuanced regulations.

Eric is a proud U.S. Army Special Forces veteran and completed two combat deployments in Afghanistan. He tends to take morning meetings from the car to avoid waking his family.

Linda Lee leads the People and Culture team at Velocity Global, where she develops the strategy and processes for building and retaining a team of outstanding professionals. Her expertise as a Human Resources executive includes over 10 years of leadership roles in business development, strategy, communications, and culture; most recently serving as the Chief Culture Officer at Anaplan.

Working from home for the past decade, Linda is known to keep an endless supply of homemade snacks to keep her high energy going throughout the day. It’s no surprise that her other title is “The Popcorn Lady” at her daughter’s school!

Shawn oversees all aspects of Velocity Global's legal affairs. Before joining the company, he worked at a large national law firm representing high-growth companies. He loves the entrepreneurial spirit and continues to serve on the board of several of his former clients.

Twice a year, Shawn and his global team gather in person from all over the world for a multi-day planning meeting—these experiences continue to strengthen Shawn’s belief in the incredible value of diverse voices and perspectives for solving problems. When working remotely, he’s drawn to little cafés with the “perfect level of ambient distraction.”

Craig serves as the Global Head of Sales at Velocity Global, responsible for driving the company’s sales strategy, growing the team across regions, and expanding the company’s partnership ecosystem. Craig has a proven track record of leading successful sales teams at top SaaS companies, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Anaplan. He is known for his customer-first focus, authentic leadership style, and commitment to transparency, and believes in bringing out the unique strengths of every person on the team.

When not with his family hosting gatherings, traveling, or pursuing their entrepreneurial interests, Craig enjoys being in nature and running on trails wherever his travels take him to enjoy the sunrise.
